Posture is extremely important and should be addressed each resistance training workout. Having proper posture not only looks good, but improves oxygen intake and helps your digestive system run smoothly. Postural deviations can cause major health issues.







Try adding different types of rows to each upperbody workout. Rows concentrate on your back muscles (rhomboids, rear deltoids, lats etc.) which are responsible for good posture.
