Jason Scrofani started personal training at the age of 19 and has dedicated his life, as a Holistic Health Practitioner, to helping people live happy healthy lives, doing his part to better the world as a whole.
Jason’s training including the National Academy of Sports Medicine and The C.H.E.K. Institute where he holds several certifications including Holistic Lifestyle Coach, CPT and Exercise Coach.
Jason’s personal wellness philosophy is holistic in nature.
He understands that you can not simply exercise while ignoring the rest of your wellness factors.
